C.I.P.A.T. is the Centre of vocational training promoted at a national level by the Italian Confederation of Agriculture. The non-profit body has been active in the Venetian Region since 1st September 1972.
Originally created as a vocational training centre for farmers and while this remains its main vocation, over the years it has branched out into other sectors/ fields, agrifood and environmental issues in particular.
C.I.P.A.T. is an Accredited Training Centre – Regional Law no. 19/2002 – with Regional Decree 854, 08/08/2003 for Lifelong Learning.
C.I.P.A.T. is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified for the design, development and implementation of vocational training and mentoring.

ROLE IN THE PROJECT

• Organisation and management of training courses for farmers:
  – aspiring sericulture and moriculture farmers (without previous experience);
  – with previous experience in sericulture and moriculture.
• Training, awareness-raising and entertainment activities in the region.
